Shipping the package

So that you can enjoy your order as soon as possible, the packages are sent within 24-48 hours of receiving the payment, through Tipsa with tracking number, so that you will receive a link so that you can follow your order online.

Currently we only make shipments to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands but we hope to reach many more of you soon.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 AM are shipped that same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 AM are shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be handled on the working day immediately following.

These aforementioned delivery times apply to all our products in stock.

For products that appear out of stock, an order must be placed on request, so the waiting time becomes 8 to 10 days. However, if you have any questions about it our colleagues in customer service will be happy to assist you.

We are a small company and we give 200% so that all our orders arrive quickly, but in periods of special promotions or for some exceptional circumstance, delivery times may be delayed.


1.- Return in case of damaged product:

If upon receiving the order it is visibly damaged or you find any damage caused by the transport, do not worry, we will send it to you again. However, it is important that you make this clear to the carrier at the time of receipt of the package.

Send us an e-mail with a photo of the damage to, we will notify the transport agency and we will manage the collection. You will soon receive your order again.

In this case the costs of collection and new shipment are borne by Sabanea, provided that it is made within 5 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment.

2.- General return:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have made any mistake in the measures or choice of a product, you can return it within 14 calendar days from receipt of the shipment, provided that the product has not been used or washed, for hygiene reasons.

To do this, send us an e-mail to indicating the order number, your name and surnames and the cause of the return.

When you receive our response and approval, you can proceed to the shipment of the product. This must be in the same state in which you received it, with original packaging and label.

In this case the return costs are borne by the customer.

Once the product has been received and the conditions of the same have been verified, we will proceed to the refund of the amount of the order, except for the return costs.

NOTE: It is very important that you keep the shipping number or proof of shipment of the package since this is your backup in case any problem or incident occurs with the shipment. Otherwise, unfortunately, we will not be able to take charge of the return.
